Trademark Notice
Under ConstructionGuidelines for using the PySH name, logo, and branding assets.
The name "PySH", the PySH logo, and the PySH Academy logo are identifiers of the PySH project and PySH Academy. These identifiers distinguish the project's software, educational content, and community from other works.
You are permitted to use the PySH name in an accurate and descriptive way — for example, when writing documentation, tutorials, blog posts, or course materials that reference PySH as a tool. You may not use the PySH name or logos in a way that implies official endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with PySH Academy unless you have explicit written permission.
Third-party logos displayed in the PySH website (including ecosystem technology logos such as Python, Debian, FreeBSD, Fedora, VS Code, GitHub, and PyPI) are used for compatibility and integration reference purposes only. These logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. PySH is not affiliated with or endorsed by these vendors unless explicitly stated.
If you wish to use PySH branding in marketing materials, commercial products, or redistribution packaging, please contact PySH Academy to discuss a brand usage agreement. Unauthorized commercial use of PySH branding may be subject to legal action.
