Note: This is a preliminary privacy statement. A full legal privacy policy document is being prepared and will replace this page.

PySH is an open-source Python automation platform published under the GPL-2.0-only license. The primary distribution channels are PyPI (pip install pysh-shell) and GitHub. This privacy policy describes how personal information is handled in the context of the PySH website, documentation, community channels, and the PySH Academy platform.

Data collected on this website is limited to standard web server access logs (IP address, browser, referral URL, and timestamp) used for operational monitoring and security purposes. No advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing cookies are deployed on this site.

The PySH Academy community channels on Telegram operate under Telegram's own privacy policy and terms of service. If you join a Telegram channel or group affiliated with PySH Academy or @PyshTerminal, your participation is subject to Telegram's data practices. We do not store or process Telegram user data independently.

PySH does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Any data submitted through contact forms or community contributions (such as GitHub issues or pull requests) is handled in accordance with the respective platform's privacy policy (GitHub / Vercel). Questions about privacy can be directed to the contact address listed on the Contact page.
