PySH (pysh-shell) is free and open-source software distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 only (GPL-2.0-only). Use of the software is governed by that license. By installing or using PySH you agree to the terms of the GPL-2.0-only license, a copy of which is included in the source distribution and available at https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

The PySH website and PySH Academy website are provided for informational and educational purposes. Content on these sites including documentation, tutorials, and course descriptions is the intellectual property of PySH Academy and its contributors. You may use the content for personal learning and non-commercial reference with attribution.

PySH Academy course materials, certificates, and branding are not licensed for redistribution, resale, or commercial derivative use without explicit written permission from PySH Academy. Community contributions to documentation and open-source code are welcome under the project's contributor guidelines.

The PySH project, its website, and its Academy platform are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PySH Academy is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the software or content on this site. These terms are subject to change; the date of the last revision will be published when the final document is released.
